Processing time

Each jewellery piece is created with care in our studio.
We aim to prepare every order as quickly as possible, usually within:

2–8 business days
(depending on design, materials and current workload)

During busy periods, a small delay may occur.
Thank you for your understanding — we always make sure your order receives the attention it deserves.

Shipping within Greece

We offer two delivery methods:

BoxNow (Locker Delivery)

Cost: €3.00
Free shipping: Orders over €85
Delivery time: 1–3 business days after preparation

* When selecting Box Now at checkout, please make sure to enter a valid email address and mobile phone number.
These details are required so you can receive notifications and a pickup code once your parcel arrives at the locker.

In the field “Apartment, suite, etc.”, please write the Box Now locker location closest to you where you would like to collect your order.

If the selected locker is temporarily unavailable, your parcel will be delivered to another nearby Box Now locker, so you can still pick it up conveniently.
