Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish, using traditional and contemporary jewelry-making techniques.
Because of the handmade nature, slight variations in shape, color or texture may appear — these are part of the character of each unique piece.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with 925 sterling silver and, in some cases, gold-plated sterling silver.
All metals are nickel-free and suitable for everyday wear.
Why does sterling silver tarnish?
Tarnishing is a natural reaction of silver when exposed to air, humidity, skin pH, perfumes or lotions.
It is not a defect, but a normal characteristic of authentic sterling silver, and it can be easily restored to its original shine.
How do I care for my jewelry?

In short: avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water, and store your jewelry in the zip-lock pouch included in your order.
Silver naturally restores with gentle cleaning.
How long will my order take to ship?
Since each piece is handmade, please allow 2–8 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted according to our Refund & Return Policy.
How do exchanges work?
To exchange an item, the original piece must be returned first.
Once it is received and approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
How do I find my ring size?
You can measure an existing ring, use a ring-sizer app, or contact us for help.
We are happy to guide you through the process.
Do you repair or clean jewelry?
Yes.
If your silver piece needs deeper cleaning, you may return it for professional restoration.
You only cover the shipping costs.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom requests may be possible depending on the design.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Cash on delivery is not available.
Will my jewelry come with packaging?
Yes, also every order includes:
- a silver-polishing cloth
- a protective zip-lock pouch for storage
