Returns & Refund Policy

Return period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for return

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in their original condition
  • in the original packaging

accompanied by the receipt or order number

Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

Email us at loomyjewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will reply within 1–3 business days with instructions.

Returns without prior approval are not accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the original order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the return is processed first.
Once the item is received and approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery
  • Items worn or damaged
  • Items returned after 14 days

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours.
